The Window

7 days, from the moment your order arrives.

Every Antimony order arrives with a 7-day window to try it on, sit with it, and decide. The window opens the day your parcel is delivered and closes seven days later, no exceptions but no exclusions either. We send you a courtesy reminder on day five so the date never slips quietly past.

Eligibility

Unworn, unwashed, with the tags intact.

A return is honoured when the piece comes back in the condition it arrived, unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached and the original packaging where possible. We understand a fitting is a fitting, so light try-on is always expected. Pieces that have been laundered, altered, or carry strong fragrance unfortunately cannot be accepted as we cannot pass them to the next customer in good conscience.

Pickup

A reverse courier sent to your door.

Once you raise a return from your order page or by writing to us, we arrange a reverse pickup with our delivery partner. The courier will be at your address within two working days where our partner is serviceable, every pickup at no cost to you. Please keep the piece folded with its original tags ready, in the original packaging if you still have it.

The Refund

Back to source, within five working days.

Once your return reaches the studio and the piece is verified, your refund is initiated within forty-eight hours. The amount reflects in the original payment method within three to five working days for most banks, slightly longer for some international cards. For cash-on-delivery orders, we transfer the amount via UPI or bank transfer to a number you specify when the return is raised.

Exchange

A different size or a different piece.

Exchanges follow the same window and process as a return. Raise the request, ship the piece back through our reverse pickup, and choose a replacement size or style of equal value, we hold the new piece in your name from the moment the exchange is initiated. Any price difference is refunded or charged to your original payment method when the swap is confirmed.

Damaged or Wrong Pieces

A faster path when something is not right.

On the rare occasion that a piece arrives damaged, marked, or mistakenly shipped, please write to the studio within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph of the piece and the parcel. We dispatch a corrected piece on the next working morning and arrange the courier for the original at the same time, no further action needed on your end. Quality has been verified piece-by-piece since the day Antimony began, but if a piece slips through we move quickly.

Sale Pieces

Same window, same trust.

Sale pieces and launch-priced items follow the same 7-day return window and free reverse pickup as any full-price order. The only exception is final-sale archive pieces, which are clearly marked as such on the product page before checkout. We do not believe a price tag should remove a customer’s right to change their mind.

How To Initiate

Two steps, from your phone or your inbox.

From your phone, open the order page, tap "Return or exchange", choose the piece and the reason, and a reverse pickup is scheduled immediately. From your inbox, write to [email protected] with your order number and the piece you would like to return. Either path takes under a minute and the rest of the work is on us.

Is the 7-day return window really free, or are there hidden charges?+

It is genuinely complimentary. We do not charge a return fee, a restocking fee, or a reverse-pickup fee. The 7-day window covers any piece you ordered at full price or launch price, and the reverse courier comes to you at no cost.

When does the 7-day window start counting?+

The window opens the day your parcel is delivered, not the day you ordered. If your courier shows "delivered" on a Friday, you have until the end of the following Friday to raise a return. We send a courtesy reminder on day five.

I live in a small town in India. Will the reverse pickup actually reach me?+

Our delivery partner serves most pincodes across India. Once you raise a return, we confirm serviceability and the pickup date in writing. If your pincode is not serviceable for reverse pickup, we will share a complimentary self-ship option and reimburse the actual courier charge on receipt.

How quickly will my refund actually hit my account?+

The refund is initiated within 48 hours of the piece reaching our studio and being verified. For Indian credit and debit cards, UPI, and net banking, the amount usually reflects within 3 to 5 working days. International cards may take 5 to 10 working days depending on the issuing bank. For cash-on-delivery orders, we transfer via UPI or bank transfer to an account you specify.

Can I return a piece if I have washed it once?+

Unfortunately, no. Once a piece has been washed it cannot be accepted as a return because we cannot offer it to the next customer in good conscience. Light try-on is always expected and never a reason for refusal, but laundering moves a piece out of returnable condition.

My piece arrived damaged. What do I do?+

Write to [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph of the piece and the parcel. We dispatch a corrected piece on the next working morning and arrange the courier for the original at the same time. No back-and-forth required.

Can I exchange for a piece priced differently?+

Yes. The price difference is refunded to your original payment method if the new piece is less expensive, or charged to it if the new piece is more expensive. We confirm the difference in writing before any charge is processed.

What if I miss the 7-day window by a day or two?+

Write to us anyway. We read every email and the studio applies discretion for honest cases, especially around travel, illness, or delayed delivery. The window is firm in policy but the studio is not unfeeling.
